Here's your 6 figure roadmap

Welcome to the very 1st drop of our Entrepreneurs Uprising Newsletter!

The aim here is to give you the motivation, accountability and easy to use business strategies to help you blow up your business. (Our target is to make these Newsletters easy to consume in only 5 minutes or less)

So let's get right to it...

This one strategy we are going to cover today helped me literally double my coaching business during the first covid lockdown.

If i could make this work while the country was 100% shut down then i know you can make it work to!!

It's called "The Live Launch"

There are 3 simple steps to follow to make this work:

1. Pick a service you want to sell way more of and choose 1 social media platform that you are going to use for this launch

I recommend selling your flagship offer (The service that most people opt for the most in your business and the offer that is most profitable for you as well)

For your social media platform i recommend you choose the one where you tend to attract most of your current clients (I did say choose only one but if you do well on any other platforms you can use two but no more than that so you don't get overwhelmed)

2. Plan The live Launch

It's a 10 day campaign where you go live every day on your chosen Platform(s)

The first 5 days are value driven and the last 5 days are sales driven:

On the first 5 days you are going to give your audience as much value as possible on your live session, you are literally trying to solve their problems in real time. (Your goal is to blow their mind these first 5 days)

Every day you will choose 2-3 topics or aspects of your service and you are going to teach about these things and tell lot's of story's about how you have been able to solve these problems for yourself and your clients.

Make sure to invite people to ask questions and to get involved in the comments section of your live session. The more engagement the more eye balls your live sessions will attract.

For the final 5 days you are going to pick only one topic to teach about because on these 5 days you are going to start selling your service with a high value offer stack.

On days 5-10 you start each live session with a refresh of what you covered on the day before.

You then move into your one topic and you blow their socks of with a tonne of value. 

At the half way point of your live session on these 5 days you pitch your program or service but you don't just pitch it the traditional way, you pitch it with a crazy value stack. (This was a game changer for me)

For example:

If you sign up for our "new service" today you will get:

- A free 1-1 call with...

- Our whole library of...

- A free weekly zoom call with...

- A free in person consultation with...

And so on!!!

Your goal with the offer stack is to make it so amazing that they would be stupid to say no to it!

After your crazy value driven pitch you will go over as many testimonials as possible to prove your service is amazing and it gets top quality results.

On these 5 sales driven days DO NOT forget to include the link to your sales page in the caption of the live session so people can sign up on the spot.

3. Last but not least we have "Follow up"

This is the final aspect of your live launch

This is actually more important than the actual live launch believe it or not because most people won't sign up and give you money until after the 7th touch point or interaction with you so following up is where you will make most of your sales...

If you have an email list do this:

On days 1-5 you send out a value driven email before your live sessions telling them to come on live and get involved.

You then send a value driven email after the live sessions highlighting what you covered and hinting at a big launch you have coming up

(Remind anyone that missed your live to catch the replay as well)

On days 5-10 you send 3 sales driven emails per day:

The first email each day includes what you covered the day before, it then covers a few testimonials, you then run them over your epic value stack and finish it by sending them to a link that takes them to your sales page or checkout.

The second email is sent just before your next live session, it covers everything from the first email but at the end it has a "PS" telling them why they need to be on todays live session (Give them the fear of missing out)

The 3rd email is sent later that evening and it is the same as the first two emails but the only difference is you are now going to include a one time bonus for anyone that signs up in the next 24 hours (If they don't sign up now they miss out on this epic bonus so make it EPIC)

When i say these 3 emails are similar i mean the layout and principals are the same but the written content needs to be different and exciting.

If you don't have an email list you are going to create all these emails but you are going to write them on the notes on your phone and here's what you are going to do with them...

You click on every single account that likes your lives, comments on your lives or shares your lives and you are manually going to send these messages to them in the correct order as covered above.

I recommend you make your messages a bit shorter to suit the dms on social media but still follow the above structure.

What to avoid during your live launch:

  • Avoid getting sucked into the boring how to stuff when going live (Try and tell stories that people can relate to)
  • Avoid getting paralyzed by the logistics. It's okay to be nervous on a live, it shows people you are relatable and it shows that you are willing to get out of your comfort zone to help them
  • Avoid rambling for too long on your lives and in your follow up emails/dms... Keep your content short, helpful and exciting (I know this email is quite long but it needs to be to explain the live launch concept in full)
  • Avoid the old working class mindset, make this launch bigger than life, tell your whole family and friends circle to help you... They can share your live sessions while you are going live, they can tag people during your live, they can share you social posts to their stories and they can shout from the rooftops about your live launch.

If you carry out this live launch out correctly don't be surprised if you double or even triple your client and customer base in just 10 days... It is truly unbelievable when done correctly with a LOT of energy and intensity.

Just so you know, the very first time i tried this live launch concept i done it on Facebook like 10 years ago with only 753 followers and we collected over £14,000 in just 10 days. (This was my first try, i didn't even have a good value stack, i didn't do ANY follow up and my live sessions where terrible lol)

Just imagine what you could collect if you do this right with an amazing value stack and a tonne of value during your follow up and with some quality structure during you lives...
